Why we built BloomChats
In mid-2025, Ibrahim and Saad were running Instagram accounts for side projects — and drowning in DMs. Every tool they tried was either overpriced, locked key features behind enterprise plans, or charged per contact.
The existing options felt backwards: pay more as you grow, get throttled on your own data, and pray your account doesn't get flagged by some shady browser automation. Most tools weren't even using the official API.
"What if we just build it ourselves — the way it should be? Flat pricing, official API, AI that actually understands context, and a free tier that's genuinely useful."
That message became the first commit. Over the next months, they built everything from scratch: a GPT-powered intent engine that understands messy real-world language, a visual flow builder inspired by the best in the industry, comment-to-DM triggers, story automation, lead capture — all running on the official Meta Graph API.
Today BloomChats is in public beta. The free plan isn't a teaser — it's a real product with 1,000 DMs/month, 10 templates, 3 flows, and story triggers. Because the best way to earn trust is to deliver value first.
